Discovery Time.
Open studio is a space for art-making and exploration for all y’all, 0-99. You will have access to visual art mediums such as painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, and textiles. Bring your family, bring yourself. We supply the tools and set the stage for some of your best, creative explorations.

Use our materials and resources to make some magic

Art can be stored in the studio cubbies or be taken home right away

$10 per person
Additional fee of $5 per person apply to certain materials & tools:

Painting on canvas
Additional charge of $10 per person if you would like us to fire clay projects in the kiln + $5 for the clay materials and tools. Kiln firings are scheduled on the last week of each month. You may pick up your clay the next week (the first week of the following month).

If you prefer to pay at the studio, we accept cash and check at the door.

FAQs
Can I split my 3 hour studio block over a couple days?
No - you must utilize the three hours on a single day
Do I have to come right at 9am or leave right at 12pm?
No- you may arrive whenever convenient after 9am and leave when convenient, before 12pm if desired.
What if I have questions while I’m in the studio?
A studio monitor will be in & out throughout the morning. If you have an urgent question, please call or text Kathryn 828-448-1734
What happens if we break something?
Accidents happen! Check our policies for more details on this issue.
Can I leave students in the studio?
No. Students under the age of 18 may not be left unattended in the studio.
