If you need rides, complete the transportation waiver
If you are UNDER 18 a parent or guardian will also need to complete a waiver and the transportation form.
If you are OVER 18 you will need to complete a background check through BCPS and email it to dstory@burke.k12.nc.us and kathryn@tosstudio.org
