What to Expect:
The Catawba Scavenger Hunt is a three mile art scavenger hunt featuring family friendly, team oriented activities. This is an opportunity to celebrate outdoor recreation with our partners at Overmountain Cycles as hunters are encouraged to bike along the Morganton Greenway using maps to locate interactive art stations along the way. Waltzing, jogging, strolling, skating, or any other form of wheeled transportation are encouraged (but walk the hunt is also fine)! Hunters receive beautiful ceramic tiles at each station as they successfully locate and complete the activities at each station. When you collect all five these you are given a ticket for the raffle. The raffle drawing takes place during the afterparty. Queens Catering and Little Guatemala will be serving lunch, highlighting locally sourced meats, produce, iced coffee and desserts.

👩🎨This event will be funding our art education initiative at TOSS!
With 5,500 elementary students in Burke County and only 2 art teachers across these 14 schools, the need for arts education in this region is clear. Our advocacy will help bring attention and support to arts education in our area. Be a part of this important work!
